Viktor Oleksiyovych is one of the affected residents of Seredyna-Buda in Sumy region. The man has lived there for more than 20 years, used to work in the police, and is now retired. He lives with his wife and adult son. Unfortunately, after the shelling, they were forced to leave their home.
The enemy struck by surprise in the middle of the night, when most people were already asleep. It happened on December 7, 2022. The family was severely stressed, and the applicant is still forced to take medication. Seven windows were smashed in the house, the roof and ceiling were damaged. The windows were boarded up with boards and OSB. People are asking for help to restore their home.
