Tamara from the town of Seredina-Buda in Sumy region turned to the Foundation for help. She used to teach physical education and is now a pensioner. She lives with her husband.
The shelling of their house began in 2022 and was repeated in December 2023 and January 2024. In general, it was damaged: 5 windows, the roof, walls, fence, garden, summer kitchen, and utility room. The family also lost electricity and chickens. Fortunately, the couple were not injured.
The family restored the electricity supply, boarded up the windows and foamed the roof on their own. However, they do not have enough money to fully restore the house, so they are asking for help from everyone who cares.
