History 📖

Valentyna, 68, from the village of Romashkove in Sumy region, turned to the Foundation for help.  The woman worked in the State Treasury Service, but has been retired for 10 years. She lives with her husband.

On 1 August 2022 their house was damaged by shelling. It was damaged: 8 windows, 20 slate sheets on the roof, cracks in the walls. Fortunately, the family was not injured.

They sealed the roof with their own efforts because it was leaking and glazed the windows as best they could. But the house remains in an uninhabitable condition. The couple is asking for help.
