Svetlana, a 65-year-old woman from the town of Seredina-Buda in Sumy region, turned to the Foundation for help. Before the war, she worked as a saleswoman, but now she is unemployed. She lives with her husband and son, who has a group I disability since childhood.
Their apartment was first damaged by shelling on 12 December 2022 and again in March 2023. It was damaged: 4 windows and access to the balcony. The family was hiding in the basement at the time.
Now the windows are covered with film, and the apartment itself remains in an uninhabitable condition, so the family is asking for help.
