A large family from Seredina-Buda did not leave their home despite the shelling. Until a Russian shell landed right in their yard. It happened in late May 2023. The parents managed to hide in the basement with their three children - 14, 18, and 21 years old. The shell fragments did not hit them, but left a severe trauma in the souls of all of them. The owner, 39-year-old Olena, has a group 3 disability. After the explosion, the family could not stay in the damaged house with no windows and holes in the roof. They had to evacuate to a safer place.
