Iryna has lived in Dudchany, Kherson region, all her life. She used to work as a saleswoman, but lost her job because of the war. She lives with her husband and youngest child (14 years old), and has 3 children in total.
On 31 December 2022, their house was damaged by enemy shelling. Two windows, 100 m² of the roof, a utility room and a fence were damaged. At that time, Iryna's husband was at home, fortunately, he was not injured.
They filled the windows and holes in the roof with their own efforts, but the house remains in an uninhabitable condition. So the family turned to the Foundation for help.
