Serhiy, 51, from the town of Seredyna-Buda in Sumy Oblast, applied to the Foundation for help. The man used to work as a military officer and is currently on a military pension. He lives with his wife and adult son.
During another shelling, the family's house was damaged. A shell pierced the roof, ceiling and fell into the veranda, where it exploded. Two windows, a door, a roof, a ceiling and a veranda were damaged. The house was left without electricity and gas.
The family was at home at the time, fortunately, they were not physically injured.
The man himself boarded up the windows, but the house remains in an uninhabitable condition. Therefore, the family is asking for help from everyone who cares.
