History 📖

Marina, a 60-year-old woman from the town of Seredina-Buda in Sumy region, turned to the Foundation for help. The woman works as a primary school teacher and lives alone.

On 1 September 2023, Marina's apartment was damaged during a massive shelling. The front door, 1 window in the room and 5 double-glazed windows on the balcony were damaged. Fortunately, the woman was not at home at the time.

Currently, the windows are covered with film. Due to the constant shelling, she was forced to temporarily move. Marina is asking for help from all those who care.
