Oleksandr Mitrofanovych is 77 years old, he lived all his life in the city of Seredino-Buda, Sumy Region. Lives with his wife. The husband is a pensioner, before retirement he worked as a blacksmith.

Local residents with tears in their eyes remember September 1, 2023, because the city was shelled by artillery from the territory of the Russian Federation, many houses, administrative buildings and institutions, educational institutions were damaged. Oleksandr Mitrofanovich's apartment was also damaged, namely one window in the apartment and six balcony windows. They closed the windows with film on their own, this is not enough for living, since the couple lives in an apartment. They are asking for help in replacing the windows.
