History 📖

Mykola, born in 1971, has lived in the village of Chernatske, Sumy region, all his life. He is a firefighter by profession and works for the Ministry of Emergency Situations. He lives with his wife.

On 27 February 2024, their house was damaged by an air strike. It was damaged: 5 windows, 50 sheets of slate on the roof and a fence. Mykola's wife was at home at the time, fortunately, she was not injured.

The family sealed the windows with foil and the roof with foam. Mykola is used to helping people, but now he needs help himself.
