On September 1, 2023, around 12 o'clock, the occupiers, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, fired artillery at the city of Seredino-Buda, Sumy Region, from the territory of the Russian Federation. As a result, 16 residential buildings were damaged. Including the apartment of Andriy Vasyliovych, two windows were damaged. They closed the chipboard windows by themselves.
The man is fifty-six years old, he has lived in this city all his life. Before the war, he was a businessman, now he is a military man. Lives with his wife and child.
