History 📖
Nina, 71, from the town of Seredina-Buda in Sumy region, turned to the Foundation for help. She used to work as a postal worker, is now retired and lives with her husband.
On 23 November 2023, their house was damaged by shelling: 4 windows, the foundation and the pediment were damaged. The pensioners also suffered severe psychological trauma, and Nina's husband was hospitalised after the shelling.
They temporarily repaired and sealed the damage with their own efforts, but the house needs to be fully restored, as the couple still lives there.
