Nataliya Ivanivna lived her whole life in Seredino-Buda, Sumy region. But due to constant shelling, she left home and left the city for the sake of her family's safety. Lives with daughter and granddaughter. She worked as a salesperson, but lost her job.
In November 2023, as a result of Russian shelling, her house was damaged, namely two windows. The family was at home, luckily they managed to hide, they were not hurt, but they were very scared. They covered the windows with plywood on their own. They appeal to all those who care to help replace the windows in the house, for further living.
