Natalia Viktorivna lives with her sixteen-year-old child in the city of Seredino-Buda. This town, in the north of Sumy Oblast, is shelled almost every day. Enemy shells also fly at night. On the night of November 29-30, 2023, when a woman and a child were sleeping, shelling began. They were very scared, and luckily they were not physically injured. But the window in Natalia Viktorivna's apartment was damaged that night. A woman asks for help in replacing a double-glazed window.
