History 📖
Anna from the Velykopysarivska community in Sumy Oblast applied to the Foundation for help. The woman lives with her husband and adult daughter.
The settlement where the family lives is 300 metres from the Russian border. Due to constant shelling, their house in the village of Popivka was completely destroyed. The whole family suffered severe psychological trauma, and Anna's husband sustained concussions.
With all their savings, the family bought another house, but it needs significant repairs, 100 m² of the roof needs to be restored.
In winter, the family moved to the city of Sumy as IDPs. They cannot return because the house is uninhabitable. They are unable to repair the roof on their own, so they are asking for help.
