68-year-old Pelageya Yegorivna and her husband live in the 5-kilometer border zone in Sumy region. The house of the retired couple from Iskryskivshchyna district came under enemy fire several times. The husband suffered a heart attack as a result. People are forced to hide in the cellar from enemy attacks.
After the shelling on July 7, 2022, January 12 and December 15, 2023, people lost 10 windows in the house and two in the summer kitchen. In addition, the roof of the house was damaged. The windows were temporarily boarded up, but due to constant shelling, they fell out. The couple needs help.
