Tetiana Oleksandrivna has lived in Kharkiv all her life. Before the war, she worked as an accountant's assistant and is currently engaged in community service in a non-governmental organisation. She has a husband and two children.
The shelling took place on 21 April 2022. Four windows and a balcony door were smashed, and the wall was moved back by about 1 cm. Fortunately, the family was not at home during the shelling, but all family members, according to the woman, suffered psychological trauma. The broken windows were covered with plywood.
Now they need help installing new windows and doors.
