Volodymyr Veniaminovych's apartment is located in the most affected district of Kharkiv - Saltovka. The man was forced to leave because of the constant shelling. He is currently renting a flat. The shelling that damaged the apartment occurred in May 2022: 2 windows and a balcony door were smashed. The shelling damaged not only the apartment: the man suffered psychologically, he had to undergo heart treatment for two months and now has problems with his blood pressure.
Vladimir Veniaminovich wants to return home, but he cannot, because the apartment with missing windows is not suitable for living. He cannot afford to buy and install windows on his own - his pension is too low.
