On March 28, 2023, around 4:30 a.m., the occupiers, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, dropped a guided aerial bomb on a residential quarter of the city of Bilopylla, Sumy region. As a result of the airstrike, Vasyl Viktorovych's apartment, namely the loggia, was significantly damaged. The man was at home and was not injured. He covered the windows by himself.
Vasyl Viktorovych is sixty-nine years old, he has lived in this city for almost fifty years. Before his retirement, he held the position of market director. Lives alone.
He turned to the charity fund for help in restoring the loggia.
