Viktor, born in 1959, lived all his life in the town of Bilopillia, Sumy region. Before retirement, he worked at the Bilopil District State Administration as a deputy head of the Youth and Sports Department. He lives alone.
His apartment was first damaged by shelling in the spring of 2023, and the situation repeated itself a year later. The windows and balcony were damaged. Viktor has heart problems, so he had a hard time with the shelling.
After the 1st shelling, the charity replaced the man's balcony unit and window, but after the 2nd shelling, there was damage again. So the man turned to the foundation for help.
