In November 2022, Svitlana Viktorivna was at home, it was evening, there was no electricity or heating in the city, and she barely managed to run out into the corridor when the windows shattered and the balcony door was smashed. She had no physical injuries after the shelling, but psychologically she was very scared and was sedated. Even when talking, when she recalls this situation, she cries. The restoration was done on her own: she covered the windows with film, put bedspreads and pillows. She did not receive any help to restore the windows!
