The village of Znob-Trubchevske is located in the north of Sumy region, near the border with russia. 74-year-old Nina Hryhorivna has lived there since birth. She raised two children here. They are now adults and live separately. Now the pensioner lives alone in the house.
On May 5, 2023, the military of the neighboring aggressor country began to mercilessly shell the small village. A shell explosion hit Nina Hryhorivna's house. At the time of the shelling, she was at home, but miraculously she was not hit by the shell fragments. Three windows were smashed in the house.
The woman covered the broken windows with plastic wrap on her own and needs help in restoring the windows.
