Nina Fedorovna, 70, has lived in Znob-Novgorodske since she gave birth to two children. They are now adults. She used to work at a factory and is now retired. She lives in her own apartment with her son. On November 18, 2023, their home was damaged by Russian shelling. The elderly woman was at home at the time. Fortunately, she had just left the room for the corridor when glass fragments were blown around the apartment by an explosive wave. All the windows were smashed, including the balcony. To continue living in the apartment, the residents filled the holes with plastic wrap. They need help to replace the windows.
