Olena's house has come under enemy attack more than once. Four windows, a door and about 90 square meters of the roof were damaged. The occupier shelled it in May and June 2023.
The woman worked as a kindergarten teacher both before the war and now. She has lived in the Znob-Novhorod community in Sumy region all her life. She has a husband and a son, with whom she was at home during one of the shelling. The people partially restored the roof, boarded up the windows and were forced to leave their home because of the constant danger to life and health. Now the family is asking for help with the restoration of the damage.
