Nadiia Oleksiivna has lived in the village of Znob-Novhorodske in Sumy Oblast all her life. She raised two children, worked as an accountant, and is now retired. Now she lives alone.
On May 8, 2023, the village was once again shelled by Russians. Then the explosion occurred very close to her house and destroyed it: 8 windows, the roof, and the fence were damaged. Fortunately, the woman was not at home at the time. The woman sealed the windows with plastic wrap and repaired the roof with improvised materials. She needs help to fully repair the house.
