History 📖

56-year-old Tatyana Anatolyevna has a group 3 disability. Her 62-year-old husband has chronic illnesses. Together they take care of their 91-year-old mother with limited mobility.  After the Russians blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station, water flooded both of the family's houses. As soon as they started to repair their homes, another disaster struck. On October 13, 2023, an artillery shell exploded right in their yard. All the windows and doors in the house were smashed, the roof was shattered, and the blast wave lifted and moved the roof.  Now the family has to rent a room to live in. The state did not provide any assistance to the family. And they cannot repair the building on their own.
