History 📖

In September 2023, the occupiers once again struck the center of Kherson from the right bank of the Dnipro River. Vladyslav Sigizmundovych was in his apartment. The man was very frightened and received a mine-blast injury, ear contusion, and took sedatives for some time.

He has lived here since childhood, lives alone, has no children. Due to his age and health condition, he is unemployed, lacks money for treatment and has no means to pay for utilities. The window, door and roof of his apartment were damaged. The man was able to repair some of the damage, but he still needs help.
