Oleksandr lived in Yunakivka since his birth. Together with his wife, he raised two children, aged 13 and 14. He worked at a water supply company and later became the head of a local utility company. And then all the family's dreams were destroyed by a full-scale invasion. The Russians started shelling the village. On December 1, 2022, an explosion damaged Oleksandr's house. His wife and children were at home at the time. They were not physically injured, but they were very stressed. After that, the man evacuated the family to a safe place. He did not leave the village. He repaired the damaged windows and roof with the materials he had on hand after the shelling.
