History 📖
Vitaliy from the village of Porozok in Sumy region applied to the Foundation for help.
November 3, 2023 there was a massive shelling of the village, resulting in a direct hit of a missile on the roof of the family's house. Six windows, a fence, walls, a car, 186 m² of roof and industrial equipment were damaged. The ceiling collapsed, and things in the house were damaged. The house is uninhabitable.
Fortunately, the couple managed to get down to the basement, so they were not physically injured. However, they suffered severe stress, and Vitaliy's wife is undergoing treatment with a psychotherapist.
The family sealed the windows with foil and covered the roof. One of the foundations provided materials to repair the roof, but finances do not allow them to hire craftsmen. Currently, the family rents a house in Sumy, and they barely have enough money to live on, with nothing left for repairs. So they ask for help from everyone who cares.
