Olha Andriyivna lives in the Velykopysarivska community in Sumy region. Late in the evening of January 11 this year, the woman was standing on the threshold of her house. She saw with her own eyes how an enemy missile exploded.
The woman is raising her 17-year-old son alone. Fortunately, the child was in the house at the time and no one was injured. But the explosion severely damaged the family's home.
Not only the house, but also the summer kitchen was left without windows. A total of seven windows need to be replaced. In addition, the house wall was damaged and the roof of the shed was smashed.
The family of two lives in unsatisfactory conditions and cannot cope with the restoration of the necessary things on their own. So far, they have just covered the windows with polyethylene. People are asking for help.
