Anatolii Volodymyrovych has been living in the Sumy region since 1990. The man is a veteran of military service, and he received a disability due to the war. He lives in Velyka Pysarivka with his wife and son.
Their village is constantly under enemy fire. The occupants are trying to deprive people of everything they have gained over the years. On January 12 this year, the applicant's house came under attack. Two windows were smashed and 100 square meters of the roof were damaged. The windows were boarded up with OSB.
Living under constant stress has already affected his health, and the damage caused does not allow him to live normally in his home. Now the man is forced to ask for help.
