History 📖
The border with the Russian Federation is less than five kilometers from the center of the village of Myropyllya in the Sumy region, and here the proximity of the border is felt almost immediately by the characteristic sounds of gunshots. Local residents suffer from the Russian army almost every day, and Lydia Oleksandrivna's family is no exception. On June 9, 2023, four windows in her house were damaged by enemy shelling. Miraculously, the woman managed to hide in the basement, but she was very scared.
Lidia Oleksandrivna is retired, worked as an accountant. Lives with his son. They closed the windows with film on their own. The pension is small, she cannot replace the windows herself, so she turned to the charity fund for help.
