History 📖
Nadiya, a 57-year-old woman from Velyka Pysarivka village in Sumy region, turned to the Foundation for help. The woman lives with her husband and son and works as an accountant.
On 22 May 2023, the family's house came under enemy fire. In total, 4 windows and an outbuilding were damaged. The family was at home during the shelling, hiding in the cellar, and suffered psychological trauma.
They used their own efforts to board up the windows, foam the walls and repair the roof. They are asking for help from everyone who cares to complete the repairs.
