Valentin from the village of Progress in Sumy region turned to the Foundation for help. He lives with his wife and youngest son.
On 5 July 2022, their house was damaged by shelling. 6 windows, 3 doors, 5 slate sheets on the roof and the fence were damaged. At that time, the family was hiding in a trench in their garden, 15 metres away from the hiding place. Everyone was very scared, my wife had a nervous breakdown.
They sealed the windows with film and chipboard on their own, but they need a full restoration, which they do not have the money for, so they are asking for help.
